Exchange/Warranty/Gift Card Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly exchange or issue a gift card for merchandise exchanged within 14 days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt.
Appliances must be in original packaging and in saleable condition with all warranty information.
Exchanges can be made at any Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets store location.
For health reasons, earrings, wigs, hair pieces, brushes, nail polish and cosmetics are FINAL SALE.
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE WARRANTY
Exchange applies to defective appliances only accompanied by the original receipt. In the event the item is not available, a gift card will be issued.

GIFT CARD PROGRAM
Gift Card Denominations. You may purchase a gift card with any denomination.
Authorized Use Only. Trade Secrets gift cards may be used only as authorized by Trade Secrets and shall not otherwise be resold, distributed, or dealt with in any manner without the prior written consent of Trade Secrets.
Redeeming Gift Cards. Trade Secrets will accept redemption of a Trade Secrets Gift Card for merchandise or services at any of its stores across Canada in accordance with its regular practices and in accordance with (i) these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, (ii) terms on the back of the Gift Card, and (iii) as otherwise stipulated by Trade Secrets from time to time.
Trade Secrets Gift Cards do not expire and there is no use fee. Gifts cards are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given, except as required by law.
Obtaining Gift Card Balance. To obtain your Trade Secrets Gift Card balance, visit http://www.givex.com/Merchant_pages/publicwebsite/terminal/terminalframe... or call 1-888-264-7444 during business hours. You must provide the twenty-one digit number on the back of the Gift Card.
Reporting Lost or Stolen Gift Cards. Trade Secrets is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. The value of the card will not be replaced if the card is stolen, destroyed, altered or used without permission.
